Letter from the President

Dear Potential Customer,

We are pleased to introduce ASP Fire & Specialty Products Inc. to you as a resource for all of your fire, safety, and specialty product needs. The incubation of this company began when I interned for ASP of Rhode Island Inc., a Rhode Island company, while a student at the University of Rhode Island. The company, at the time, was primarily a fire and safety products business founded by Manuel Depointe in 1983. After graduating, I continued to work for this company. In March of 2008, we formed ASP Fire & Specialty Products Inc. to acquire ASP of Rhode Island Inc.

During the time Mr. Depointe owned his company, he concentrated in selling and servicing fire extinguishers. Immediately following the acquisition, we began to develop a business plan that included additional products to be sold by the new company. In 2009 we established a new division for the distribution of products in the safety industry as well as specialty products and launched this website, which has become a virtual store where our customers may purchase all the products offered by ASP Fire & Specialty Products Inc. This is an exciting time for our company as we become a one stop resource to commercial business, home owners, the boat industry, and the construction industry by providing products, services, testing and consulting.
